We solve various scenarios that cause these unfortunate (and stressful) situations.

Whether it’s helping you assess situations you’ve come across, connecting with your referred contact to help them sort through details that they might not have all the immediate answers to, and making sure that your referred case is proactively managed behind the scenes to ensure that the correct resources are being assigned and making progress.
When you refer a case, we always promptly review, assess feasibility for recovery, and ensure terms are clear with the customer before proceeding with the recovery. If a recovery isn’t feasible – we will tell you. When the recovery is successful, we execute measures to reunite the customer with their assets, ensure they are in a good place – then share a portion of our fee with you with no added cost to the referred customer.
